  • Jared Clark

    Sr. Risk Manager
    Jared’s love for agriculture started early, thanks to time spent in Dumas, Texas, with his cousins Brent and Gordon Clark. What began as helping out on the family farm sparked a lifelong passion for agriculture that would shape his career. Jared earned a degree in Agriculture and Applied Economics from Texas Tech University, gaining hands-on experience by working with local farmers, ranchers, and the Texas Tech Rodeo Team. After graduating in 2008, he spent four years farming with his cousin Brent, honing his skills in farm management, marketing, and risk management. In 2009, Jared and his wife launched a successful cow/calf operation that continues to thrive today. He became an agent with Silveus Insurance Group in 2011. In 2013 joined the Silveus Financial team, and by 2018, he was named CEO.

    Today, Jared works with agriculture producers in 15 states, helping them manage their risk so they can spend time caring for their livestock and farms rather than worrying about their business operations.

  • Brent Clark

    Sr. Risk Manager
    Brent has spent over 20 years immersed in farming and agriculture-related businesses, combining his passion for the land with a knack for business. After graduating in 1983 with a B.S. in Accounting, Brent began his career in Lubbock, working with an accounting firm before returning to his roots in Dumas. Here, he found his calling in agriculture, working as a successful farmer and Marketing Director of a grain elevator. When he’s not working, Brent enjoys spending time with his wife, Johnette, and their two daughters.

  • Gordon Clark

    Sr. Risk Manager
    With over 20 years of experience in farming and agriculture-related businesses, Gordon brings a unique blend of industry expertise and financial acumen to his work. He earned a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Lubbock Christian University in 1985, followed by an MBA from Texas Tech University in 1987. And after a short stint with GTE in Seattle, Washington, Gordon and his wife Cheryl moved back to the Texas Panhandle with their son to be part of the family farming business. In 2004, Gordon joined the Silveus Group. He has customers in the Panhandle as well as four other states.

  • David Rohrbach

    Risk Manager
    David grew up on a farm near Hereford, TX, and earned a degree in Agricultural Business and Economics from West Texas State University. He has built his career in the agricultural industry ever since, working in research, sales, and management. His roles have included serving as a District Sales Manager for NC+ Hybrids, covering much of Texas and New Mexico, and as an Area Business Manager with Channel Seeds, where he led a team overseeing operations across the Southwest. In 2020, David made a pivot from corporate life to crop insurance, allowing him to work directly with farmers and ranchers. As a Silveus agent, David is proud to use his expertise and passion for agriculture to help producers optimize their operations and build lasting legacies.
